Referral to Neurodiverse Community CIC

Neurodiverse Community CIC accepts self-referrals and professional referrals for children, young people, adults and families seeking neurodiversity and SEND support.

We support individuals before, during and after assessment, and a diagnosis is not required to access our services.

Our team can provide support with:

• Sensory needs and sensory strategies

• Peer and community support

• EHCP guidance and school meeting support

• DLA and PIP application support

• SEND advocacy and mediation

• Early intervention for emerging needs

• Home adaptations and visual supports

Support is available through home visits in the Catterick and Windsor areas, as well as remote support across the UK and internationally.

If you or someone you support would benefit from guidance around autism, ADHD, sensory needs, EHCP processes, or SEND services, you can submit a referral using the form below.

Diagnosis is not required — we support individuals and families at every stage of their journey.
