Youth Support
Our Youth Support programme is designed to empower neurodivergent young people through inclusive, safe, and engaging spaces that meet them where they are.
We understand that every young person is unique, with different needs, challenges, and strengths. That’s why our youth support is flexible, youth-led, and rooted in building confidence, self-expression, and independence.
What We Offer:
Weekly Youth Groups (Ages 10+): Social opportunities for young people to build friendships, try new activities, and enjoy structured yet relaxed environments with peers who “just get it.”
Life Skills Development: From cooking and budgeting to communication and problem-solving, we equip young people with practical tools for everyday life.
Creative & Therapeutic Activities: Arts, crafts, music, sensory exploration, and mindfulness activities help reduce anxiety and promote emotional regulation.
1:1 Mentoring & Support: For those needing more tailored support, we offer dedicated sessions to help build confidence, independence, and resilience.
Youth Leadership Opportunities: Through our YouthAbility Young Leaders programme, young people can take on leadership roles, help shape our services, and become role models for others.
Our youth support is inclusive of all neurodivergent profiles, including Autism, ADHD, Tourette’s, and social communication needs. All staff are trained in neurodiversity and trauma-informed approaches, with lived experience embedded in our delivery.
We believe every young person deserves a place to belong, grow, and feel understood.
