Understanding Neurodiversity: Bridging the Gap
Why Working Together to Support Our Neurodiverse Community is Important.
At NeuroDiverse Community CIC, we believe that meaningful collaboration is key to creating a more inclusive, understanding, and supportive environment for all neurodiverse individuals—both within civilian life and the Armed Forces.
We are proud to work in partnership with a wide network of stakeholders and organisations, including the Ministry of Defence (MOD), NHS, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), North Yorkshire Dales, Armed Forces & Veterans Breakfast Club (AFVBC), National Lottery, Two Ridings Community Foundation, North Yorkshire Council, the Green Howards Museum, and many more.
These collaborations are essential in helping us deliver the resources, support, and opportunities that individuals with neurodiverse conditions need to flourish.
Together, we are building a community where everyone feels seen, supported, and empowered.
By uniting across sectors, we can ensure that no one is left behind—and that every individual has access to the tools and accommodations they need to live a fulfilling life.
Let us work hand in hand to build a more supportive and accepting community for all individuals, regardless of their neurodiverse differences.
NeuroDiverse Community CIC signpost individuals and families to organisations who may be able to offer more specialised support.

AFF also provides a signposting service to help you find the right person to speak to, as well as providing useful information for Army families through its website and magazine, Army&You.
