Casework and 1:1 Support
At Neurodiverse Community, our Casework and 1:1 Support Service offers tailored, person-centred support to neurodivergent individuals and families navigating complex systems, emotional challenges, and daily life demands.
Every case is unique, and we treat it that way. Our experienced caseworkers—many of whom are neurodivergent themselves or parent/carers—bring lived experience, empathy, and practical insight to each interaction. We offer confidential and compassionate support to help individuals access the tools, services, and understanding they need to thrive.
What We Offer:
Dedicated Caseworkers: One point of contact who understands your circumstances and will advocate for your needs.
Emotional Support & Advocacy: Help with navigating education systems (EHCPs, SEN support), healthcare referrals, and benefits such as PIP, DLA, and housing.
1:1 Sessions: Tailored support in-home, in the community, or virtually—working at your pace, offering practical strategies, visual aids, and personalised routines.
Transition Support: For families moving due to military relocation or life changes (e.g. new school settings, post-diagnosis).
Early Years, Youth, and Adult Focus: Support spans across age ranges, adapting interventions to developmental and situational needs.
This service is community-led and trauma-informed, ensuring individuals and families are listened to, respected, and empowered. Whether you're in crisis, looking for guidance, or just need someone to walk alongside you, we're here.
